Request to Continue Application: To act on a Continuance Request for a Subdivision Application submitted by Jason Lavoie involving property at Tax Map 1, Lot 16 located at 110 Rollins Road in Rollinsford NH for a period of 65 Days.

Discussion: To discuss a request to relieve Paul Integrity Automotive, on the corner of Church and Main Street, from a site plan condition imposed in January for a fence to screen the east side of the property from Church Street.

Preliminary Consultation: To discuss a potential 2 Lot Subdivision submitted by Arthur Gagnon (DBA Diversified Builders) on Clement Road involving Tax Map 1 Lot 43-1.

PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING/MEETING AGENDA

June 7, 2015 Rollinsford Town Hall 7:00p.m.

Public Hearing at 7PM to take Public Comment on a Subdivision Application submitted by Jason Lavoie involving property at Tax Map 1, Lot 16 located at 110 Rollins Road in Rollinsford NH. This Application involves creating 2 Lots off of the 5.27-acre parcel. The new lot will have frontage on Shady Lane (a Class 6 Road) with access to the parcel over the pre-existing lot fronting Rollins Road.

Preliminary Review of a proposed Doggie Daycare at 195 Goodwin Road by Lewis Janetos.

Other:

– Discussion on a request by Paul’s Integrity Automotive to remove the requirement for a fence from the east side of the property along Church Street from the approved Site Plan.
– Change in Planting associated the Scout Land Subdivision adjacent to the Wentworth House
– Discussion of Driveway Culverts as requested by the Select Board.

Planning Board Public Hearings

The Planning Board will meet on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at the Town Hall at 7PM.

Public Hearing at 7PM to take Public Comment on a Home Business Application submitted by Shalla and Sean Melton involving Lot 11-1 Tax Map 20, located at 624 Silver Street in Rollinsford NH. The applicants are proposing a Photography Studio to be operated in an addition to the rear of the current home.

Public Hearing at 7:30 PM to take Public Comment on a Lot Line Adjustment submitted by Vincent and Kathleen Colella of 50 Old Mill Lane in Rollinsford NH.  The application consists of the relocation of the lot line between Tax Map 7 Lots 14 and 15. The proposal would transfer 24.7 acres from Lot 15 to Lot 14. The transfer would increase Lot 14 from 6.5 acres to 31.3 acres and increase Lot 15 from 43.7 acres to 18.9 acres. No additional building lots will be created with this application.

Public Hearing at 8:00 PM to take Public Comment on amendments to the Rollinsford Site Plan Regulations and the Rollinsford Sub-Division Regulations to Comply with the National Flood Insurance Program. Theses updates have been mandated by the state so people in flood prone areas may get flood insurance.

Preliminary Review of a proposed sub-division of a 5.2 acre parcel off of Shady Lane proposed by Jason Lavoie.

Conservation Commission Meeting

Rollinsford Conservation Commission

Will hold a meeting at the Town Hall on

Thursday, January, 7, 2016 at 6:pm

 The meeting will be to receive a presentation from the Select Board about the special Town Meeting and adoption of RSA 41:14-a. This RSA requires a review and recommendation of the Conservation committee and the Planning Board.

PLANNING BOARD WORKSHOP

 

November 17, 2015                        Rollinsford Town Hall                                            7:00p.m.

The Rollinsford Planning Board will meet Tuesday November 17 at 7PM to discuss potential zoning amendments to present to the voters at the 2016 Town Meeting.

The public is invited to attend.

 

Next regular meeting is December 1, 2015 at Rollinsford Town Hall.

Notice of Public Hearing: Planning Board

The Rollinsford Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 3rd 2015 at the Rollinsford Town Hall at 7:00 PM to take Public Comment on a Minor Site Plan Application submitted by Ken Bolduc/Paul Miller involving Lot 54, Tax Map 10, located at 640 Main Street, in Rollinsford NH.

The project consists of the resuming of a previously existing use at the site. The site
was previously utilized as a bus/auto repair garage before that use was reduced to intermittent auto repair with no appreciable day-to-day operations. The site will now be returned to a primary repair and inspection station, with no changes to the paved area or building footprint. A secure fenced area on the existing paved area will be installed to protect a waste oil collection tank and small refuse container.

Copies of the plans are available for review at the Rollinsford Town Offices.

  • Rollinsford Recreation Master Plan Chapter
  • Rollinsford Implementation Master Plan Chapter
